Vital signs checkDuring vital signs checks, your provider assesses your weight, body mass index (BMI), pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and other vital signs. In children, they can evaluate height, weight, growth patterns, and development.

Medical history reviewThe team reviews your medical history, including past diagnoses, past and current medications, symptoms, and personal and family history of disease.

Physical examinationOasis Healthcare Service, Inc., offers comprehensive physical exams. Their team evaluates your eyes, ears, throat, breathing, reflexes, abdomen, and more. For women, the team conducts pelvic exams to evaluate reproductive organs, breast exams to screen for breast cancer, and Pap tests to screen for signs of cervical cancer; they also offer prostate exams for men.

Diagnostic testingIf you’re at risk of or experience new or unusual symptoms of an illness or disease, your provider may recommend you undergo diagnostic testing. Diagnostic tests may include blood tests, urine tests, nasal or throat swabs, heart function tests, asthma or allergy testing, X-rays, and other imaging procedures. Your specialist might also complete vision or hearing screening.
